AV, IT and connectivity
Motor and sailing yachts.
Independent review. A written report you can act on: current condition, findings in priority order, and a practical plan to put things right. One area or all three:
AV and entertainment. Distributed audio, video and the control system that ties them together. What condition it is in and how well it works together. Before an upgrade: what needs replacing, what doesn't, and whether the quotes match what the boat needs.
IT and networks. WiFi, switches, servers, crew and guest networks, and remote access. How resilient it is, whether backups exist and where they are kept, what is documented, and which equipment is running past the end of its life.
Connectivity and comms. Satellite, cellular and backup internet. Whether the boat stays online when one connection drops, whether coverage suits where it cruises, and whether the airtime contracts match how it really uses data.
Shore support. One person to call when AV, IT or connectivity stops working. It starts with a Systems Record of what's aboard, so you speak to someone who already knows your setup and your crew are talked through the fix. Useful whether or not you carry an ETO.
